The Feel Great system

Two drinks a day, and food I can pronounce.

This is the whole protocol. Two drinks, in the same order, for two years running, plus food that does not come from a packet.

Unicity Unimate
Step one

Unimate

Morning, through the fast

Yerba maté tea through my morning fast. It helped my body make more GLP-1 naturally, and the cravings stopped running my day. That was the part I did not expect, because I had spent 25 years being hungry.

How I take it
  • First thing, before anything else.
  • Nothing else with it until my first meal.
  • It is bitter the first few days. That passes.
Unicity Balance
Step two

Balance

Before both meals

The fibre matrix drink before both my meals. It is what let me stay med-free with my numbers under control. The fibre goes in before the food does, and my blood sugar stopped spiking the way it always had.

How I take it
  • Mixed and drunk a few minutes before eating.
  • Both meals, every day. Not one, not sometimes.
  • Then eat clean fuel: beef, eggs, salmon, butter, green beans.

What a day actually looks like

Nothing complicated, and nothing I have to think about any more. This is the same order every day.

On waking
Unimate
Yerba maté. The fast keeps going.
First meal
Balance, then eat
Fibre first, then clean fuel.
Second meal
Balance, then eat
Same again. No snacking between.
Evening
Nothing after
The overnight fast does the rest.

Before you order

I came off eleven prescriptions doing this, and I did it with my doctor watching the numbers. If you are on medication, especially insulin or anything for blood pressure, talk to yours first. This is food and fibre, not a prescription, and I am not a doctor.

Start where I started

Both drinks are on Unicity's site. I get credited when you order through my link, which is how I do this full time.
